Whether you're an experienced yogi, just starting out, or managing a chronic condition, this open level class will help build strength and cultivate flexibility. By focusing on the foundations of yoga, students learn relaxing breathing techniques and fine-tune alignment to release physical tension— all while deepening their practice in a safe and supported environment.
Cheryl Kiviat has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She is gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Her classes are for those who are serious about having a practice. Some of her students have been with her for over 15 years! You will love this class. Space is limited and you must sign up in advance.

Sunrise Vinyasa - This class is designed to awaken the body gently. As we we warm into our sun salutations the pace of the class will be determined by the clientele, so some mornings will be more vigorous than others but all will begin with a thorough and systematic energizing of the body.
Peter attended nursing school where he became convinced that preventative care was more important to him than administering medication. He also has been a fitness instructor for a variety of disciplines over 25 years. He loves working with the anatomy to restore, heal and strengthen the body. An avid outdoorsman who has taught rock climbing, Crossfit Level 1, Crossfit Olympic Lifting and Kids Crossfit - to name a few - is now focused on spending time on and off the mat - bringing his experience as a teacher/instructor to his students - helping them find balance, breath and a better way to strengthen their bodies.

The room is spacious and very comfortable, which is ideal for individual attention and alignment. The style of yoga is Vinyasa. Classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced students.
The climate in the room will be temperate and seasonal. Classes will be an hour long, there is a comfortable waiting room, and a bathroom (no shower).
Classes cost $15/class
$90 for a package of 10 ($9.00/class)
